How long does delivery take?

Usually delivered within 1 working day of dispatch.
Orders placed before 12:15pm Monday–Friday are generally dispatched the same working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates (not guarantees) and may occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays.
Which payments do you accept?
We currently accept payment via secure Open Banking through Boodil.
Open Banking allows you to pay directly from your bank without entering card details.
Are your products 3rd party tested?
We do not rely on third-party testing certificates as our sole method of quality control.
A certificate relating to a submitted sample does not necessarily demonstrate that every subsequent production batch is identical to that sample.
Instead, we carry out quality-control checks during manufacture, including appropriate physical and identity checks such as melting point assessment where applicable.
Our raw materials are sourced to a minimum 99% purity specification.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Our checkout does not support international payments so please contact us to place an order.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of our products and the risk of contamination or interference after dispatch, we do not accept returns.
